Doing what it takes to access the LOVE within!

This is such an appropriate image for the Heart Chakra Healing Meditations that I have conducted for the month of January. I have used many spiritual tools including but not limited to; reiki, hand mudras, breathing techniques, sound therapy, guided meditations and many other forms of healing modalities to give participants permission to allow their bravery and courage to appear as they journey into their sacred heart space. Along the way they have surrendered to their fears and allowed themselves to the break down obstacles in order to locate and access the love within that has existed throughout all time. There are no words to describe the overwhelming sense of humbleness that I feel, when I get the honor of being a witness to how Love transforms the heart when people do what it takes to access the Love within. #she_is_annette
