Bridge between spirit and body
Bridge between spirit and body

These are strange times we're living in, where nothing makes sense on the surface, yet everything makes perfect sense underneath. Where the body speaks louder than the mind. Where the smallest things like a headache, a song lyric, a social media post, a stuffed nose become messages you can’t ignore anymore.

This is what it feels like when life starts talking back. For months, I kept getting sick. Colds that wouldn’t leave. Headaches that pressed behind my eyes. A heaviness in my solar plexus that felt like a fist. I thought it was random. I thought it was “just stress.” I thought it was my body betraying me. But it wasn’t betrayal. It was communication.

You see the body has its own language. Mucus, tears, pressure, fatigue these aren't signs of failures. They are exits points. They are the body’s way of saying, You’re holding something that isn’t yours anymore.” And when I finally stopped fighting it, when I let myself cry instead of swallowing it, something shifted. The pressure eased. The pain softened. The tears came as a much-needed release.

This is what mourning feels like when the thing you’re grieving is a version of yourself you didn’t even know you loved. We don’t talk about that part. We talk about letting go, but not about the grief that comes with it. We talk about transformation, but not about the tenderness of shedding a self that once protected us.

Sometimes the hardest part of growth is realizing that the version of you that carried you this far can’t carry you into what’s coming in next. And that hurts, after all you are not made of not made of stone, you’re human.

In these moments, everything becomes a mirror. A video about trust. A message about carrying energy that isn’t yours. A song that suddenly hits differently. A shower that turns into a release. A random search tab that feels like a sign. When you’re in a transition, a real one, life stops being random. Everything becomes an expression. Everything becomes an answer. Everything becomes a reflection of the part of you that’s waking up.

And the truth is simple:

Your breaking down is breaking you open. You're meeting the version of your true self. What feels like punishment is really a transition (holding space) and place where you are preparing yourself. Then there comes a moment where you finally whisper to yourself, “I see me.”   And that’s when the tears come that may feel painful but truly becomes a huge recall of your truest self.

If you’re in a season where everything feels upside down, where your body is talking, where your emotions are louder than your thoughts, where nothing makes sense, but everything feels significant…You’re not alone. You’re not failing. You’re not lost. You’re simply in the in‑between the sacred space where the old dissolves and the new hasn’t landed yet.

Let yourself feel it. Let yourself grieve. Let yourself release what isn’t yours. Let yourself trust the part of you that knows. Life is speaking. Your body is speaking. Your tears are speaking.

And they’re all saying the same thing: IT"S TIME!

And if you ever find yourself needing someone to sit with you at the core of what’s rising, if you want guidance as you move through your own healing and wholeness journey, this is the work I do. I’m here when you’re ready to go deeper.
