Free from the prison of lies

This story started in a summer season, when she and her man friend started a relationship. She was also in the beginning stages of her exploration of healing, self-discovery and awakening. Things would be different this time, as she decided to interact with another as her authentic self, yet she had only begun to discover a dishonest self that fed her lies which she in turn projected on to him. Things seemed to go well for a few months, then she realized, what connected them was sexual chemistry and nothing beyond that. Despite her efforts to have the authentic self-front and center, she moved on with the relationship because it was a way to keep her distracted from the truth that she was living a lie. She decided to come clean and speak her tales of woe and released energy in the form of word vomit. In one moment, she set herself free from her prison and felt the presence of light energy. She attributed this healing aspect to him, which kept them bound together and continued to serve as a reflection of one another's lies.

Distance grew between them as the summer came to an end and the discovery of an obsessed self-showed up with the angry self-demanding to know why he was distant. Within seconds, an insecure self-appeared and she found herself doing things she thought she would never do to obtain the answer she had already found. She connected with the energy of a crazy self, that provided her with blinders, so as not to see the heavy energetic selves that were taking over her light. She finally surrendered and severed the ties between them but forgot to acknowledge the beauty of her own self-imposed prison sentence. She fell back into the well-known darkness of a tortured self along with a depressed self and wallowed in self-pity. As time passed on, she continued showing up, transforming and integrating the unwanted selves that served a purpose. The story of the past is now a lovely distant memory that no longer holds her captive. Only you can set yourself free from the lies that keep you from A Loving Self.
