Frequency of Expectation

In today's morning's meditation, the word expectation was vibrating with great intensity. It's meaning, "A strong belief that something will happen or be the case in the future; belief that someone will or should achieve something". The words Future & Should stood out the most and my curiosity of why this frequency came to pay a visit, formulated a convoluted story on how I was experiencing the negative aspect of the word. From my point of view and conditioned patterns, expectation may lead to disappointment, especially when I add on how the outcome of a thing SHOULD appear in the FUTURE.
