Suffering may seem inevitable, but it can also be a catalyst for growth, resilience, and empathy. Many people find ways to cope with and overcome their suffering, often emerging stronger and more compassionate. Growth is a natural part of human nature, governed by the law of constant change. Biological evolution shows that we've evolved and adapted to changing environments and circumstances. Personal development and our need for growth through learning lead to the acquisition of new skills and knowledge. On a cultural and societal level, progress shifts social norms and drives advancement. Humans are psychologically wired to adapt to new situations and challenges. The law of constant change suggests that nothing remains static, and everything is in perpetual motion. If this law governs humanity and is binding and immutable, why are we so afraid of change? Is suffering a self-inflicted phenomenon, or is it a result of human conditioning dictated by something else? Something to think about.
