Step into a New Year as The Light

As the new year approaches, she takes the opportunity to release that which no longer serves her. She continues to allow life to take the lead so that it may guide her on the journey of knowing a Self she calls the limitless one. The Universe infinitely conveys messages that only she can translate for they are strictly hers.

Moving into that greater potential and doing what she wants, brings along the shadow of defiance. Defiance meaning, "a daring or bold resistance to authority or any opposing force". As she sheds her light upon this egoic defiant shadow self, it conjures up the past with the filters of what it means to step into a untapped potential.

The stories from her ego are as follows: You do not have what it takes to sustain that level of success. If you do that, your connection to people, places and things will disappear and you'll have nothing. You're too old, do something you know that your good at and have already mastered. You gave that a try already and it did not work so why torture yourself, stop wasting time. The expectations of others will increase and the pressure of letting others down will make you a bad person. You're going to bring attention to yourself and who the hell do you think you are to do those things. Take only what given to you, how dare you want more, you're so selfish.

As she sits in grace, the tears come rolling down her face and the pain of the voices in her head keep expressing the old unwanted narratives. The ego gives her a beat down, but she continues to destroy those belief systems. She gives herself permission to have the defiant self tells its story so fully, that the grip of dense energy it carries is transformed. Moving forward into the new year she remains in aligning herself with the commitment she made for thoughts, words and behaviors to take its rightful place and its birthright in greatness.
