The Ocean Taught Me Something

Today I stood at the inlet and watched the water. I watched waves crash against the rocks. I watched some of the water lose momentum. I watched some of it find another path. I watched the current enter the channel, move toward the center, crash against the sides, and then continue its journey.
Some of the wave appeared to disappear. Yet moments later its energy emerged somewhere else. They were not gone they reorganized. The Earth held the boundary. The Water explored the possibility. The Air moved across the surface. And I stood there witnessing it all. Then something occurred to me. Perhaps value works the same way. We often assign value based on the immediate result. Maybe it is the outcome, or what is the evidence and or what is the visible success. Yet the ocean showed me something different.
What appears lost may simply be reorganizing. What appears blocked may be gathering momentum elsewhere. What appears finished may only be changing form. The Root asks questions of safety, stability, security and belonging. The Earth provides the structure. The Water provides the movement. The Air creates the space. But none of it matters without awareness. Without the witness. Without the Fire that allows us to see. Today I watched the potential and the potential And I left wondering: If value exists before the evidence appears... What possibilities are already moving beneath the surface of your life?
🔥 Reflection
Where are you judging the outcome while overlooking the potential still gathering momentum beneath it?

Not through theory. Through direct experience. Because sometimes the most valuable thing is not the answer. It is learning how to witness what is already unfolding.
