If You're Ready.... Make the Call

After a recent Zoom Room, someone thanked me for guiding them into themselves.

That stayed with me. We're often told that the answers are within, yet very few of us are shown how to turn toward ourselves long enough to discover what that actually means.

During our exploration, people experienced different things. Some felt lighter. Some noticed emotions. Some actually released energy through their ears, (Sista, wink 😉). Some uncovered beliefs they didn't know were quietly running in the background. What became clear to me is that the experience itself wasn't the point.

The discovery was. The willingness to meet yourself honestly. The courage to question the meaning you've attached to things. The courage to stay present long enough to see what is emerging.

Lately, I've been sitting with the idea that while yes, it's often said to be mind over matter... sometimes the matter within has answers too. All of it has its own language that only you can interpret. The body speaks, the breath speaks and so do the sensations, and if we're willing to listen, something unexpected may reveal itself.

So, if you're ready...

Not to follow me.

Not to believe me.

But to answer your own call.

Join me in the Zoom Room on Wednesday the 28th, at 7 pm (DM and I'll send you the details). I'll hold the container. I'll be the witness. I'll be the birthing doula. And together we'll discover what is ready to emerge... if anything at all.

Final note: I thought I was creating a class. Instead, I discovered I am uncovering a body of work. 🔥 Message that I received right after the last zoom room! My heart is filled with such gratitude.
