UNSPOKEN ENERGIES - Highlighting the tension of what's felt but not said.

She showed up again answering the call, rushing to the aid of those in need. The one with tough love. The one without filters. The one everyone loves to hate because she speaks the truth, no matter how uncomfortable. They all say, “I keep it 100,” until she holds up the mirror. You wanted change, newness, something better—well, here she is, front and center, waiting for the curtain call.

She’s ready to unleash words that may feel like chaos to others but make perfect sense to her. She’s been there. She’s done that. And she has moved on. Yet, she still carries the weight of others’ energy, unable to fully release what isn’t hers. She’s done enough. Been through enough. It’s time to stand firm in her essence, unshaken.

No more fear—until opposition arrives, bringing its old companion, awkwardness. She felt it creeping too close, her instincts screaming, “Back up.” But awkwardness mirrored itself, reflecting back in the other, and despite knowing it for what it was, she swallowed her truth.

Retreating, but not before sharing a truth not hers to share—all because she couldn't bring herself to say: “I sense your energy of envy is really just your awkwardness, your trying-too-hard attempt to prove you like me. But we can only go so far. I cannot meet your energetic frequency—it pulls me into your spiral, and I no longer wish for this to be a thing. Let’s just exist in this space, without the weight of obligation. Because unless one of us moves, we’ll stay here—until someone does.”

What are the unspoken words that are now encase in your physical body that are ready to be release? Find them before they take over and disrupt your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. It's a simple process, but not easy.
