Healing energy on the phone - My story is his story; we are all connected!

I have been experiencing the heavy energies since the middle of April to now in May of 2022, which have put me into a super-hyper emotional roller coaster. My physical body has taken a hit and speaking loudly that it’s in need of attention. Despite my own efforts working with spiritual tools, I forget to reach out to my mentor’s friend, spiritual guides and teachers.

Due to a head cold, I had to cancel a lunch date with one of my favorite Shaman friends. I would not get another chance to share physical space until he comes for a visit to New York from California. I sent him a message that I would like a rain check, and he in return, offered his assistance with a healing.

This is where the story begins, we started our conversation with politeness wondering how our families are doing and what’s happened since our last gathering. Just a few moments later, the energy started to shift, we spoke on the releasing of densities in the physical structures, how the outside narratives are inside narratives, the challenge to stay in the Now moment, and how it felt to confront ourselves while maintaining what it means to be authentic. I laughed more than I cried and knew I was well underway to a better feeling place. In sharing our healing energies via the phone, we both experienced unexpected healing, which is what we usually receive when we share physical space. With our connection I discovered we are living parallel lives and my story was his story which served to remind me that we are all connected.
