The Moment You Decide, Everything in Your Life Will Test You

Let's talk about “alignment,” “signs,” and “waiting for the right moment.”
Lately it seems these are some of the things we say when preparing ourselves for the things we are working towards or as some others will call it manifesting. So, when that thing finally shows up and looks different than expected we say: HOLD UP WAIT A MINUTE, and the thought will convince us to give up and retreat it's like COVID how we stuck our heads out to take a peek before someone gave the sign that it was ok you can come out.
Most people give away the prize when it’s already in their hands.
The moment we reach for something real, every old contract in their mind, body, and soul lights up like an alarm system.
And suddenly they start saying things like:
“Something or Someone told me not to move"
“I got a sign to wait.”
“Something felt off”
“I need more clarity”
Let’s be honest that’s not you using your intuition and discernment. That’s fear wearing spiritual clothing. It’s the oldest trick in the book.
The moment you decide to move forward, your system will throw every excuse, every hesitation, every big sign or subtle one, every emotional spike, and sometimes uncontrollable tears rolling down your face giving you raccoon eyes. Then comes the physical constriction, like holding in a fart at a fancy restaurant, and the mental story that should be on Netflix as the next number‑one drama. All of it is designed to pull you back into the identity you’re trying to outgrow. This is the trinity of mind, body, and soul showing you the contracts you’re breaking
Your mind panics: It tells you you’re not ready. It tells you you’ll make a mistake. It tells you need more money, more time, more certainty.
Your body constricts: Your breath stops. Your chest tightens. Your stomach flips. Your nervous system acts like you’re in danger.
Your soul pushes anyway: Because it knows the truth: You’re not being stopped. You’re being tested. Not by the universe. By your old identity.
The part that hits like falling off a tree and losing your breath, is the resistance shows up strongest when you’re closest to the breakthrough. (Some call this SUFFERING) That’s why people quit right at the edge. That’s why they sabotage right before the finish line. That’s why they “wait for a sign” when the only sign they need is the fact that they’re scared.
Fear is the gate, not a warning. It’s confirmation. (FEAR is serving its role, I LOVE it!) It means you’re touching the part of your life that actually matters. It means you’re stepping out of the role your family, your past, your conditioning, and your old self depended on. It means you’re finally moving. And yes, the smallest things will set you off, because the identity shift is real.
If you’re reading this and you feel it, the pressure, the overwhelm, the desire to move but the fear of being witnessed you’re already in the transition. You don’t need another sign. You don’t need another excuse. You don’t need another spiritual story. You need is to pay your attention. You need to stop giving away the prize when it’s already in your hand.
If you’re ready to stop looping and actually move, reach out. This is the work I do. This is the work that gets people unstuck. This is the work that changes everything. You don’t need to explain yourself. Just show up.
